Simple recipe: Vegetables in garam masala

7 medium potatoes
2 carrots
2 onions
1 clove garlic
1 can of peas
4 tomatoes
4 teaspoon garam masala
1 tablespoon clarified butter or oil

Potatoes and carrots and cut into cubes. Throw into salted
boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
Drain the water.
In a skillet heat the fat and fry the chopped diced onion and garlic.
Add the potatoes, carrots, peas, diced tomatoes and garam masala.
Simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt
